We start with a conversation. Whether it’s a Zoom, phone call, or for our Melbourne neighbours, a coffee or rosé, this is where we get to know you.

 

We’ll dive into your vision, your challenges, and what you want to achieve. This is your chance to ask questions, and ours to understand how we can help achieve your goals.

STEP 2

securing your spot

Once we’ve aligned on what you need and the scope of work, we’ll share onboarding resources: our agreement, engagement invoice, and a simple brand questionnaire.

 

Completing the questionnaire is actually fun, it’s where we uncover your brand voice, audience, and style. Once it’s done, we can jump straight into creating content that works.

STEP 3

This is where we get hands-on. We immerse ourselves in your brand, your audience, story, point of difference, industry, competitors, and goals.

From feed posts and stories to reels, carousels, captions, and campaigns, we blend strategy with creative instinct to produce social content that stops the scroll, engages your audience, and drives results.

STEP 4

Review & Launch

Your content is ready for the world. We schedule and publish posts according to plan, and you get a chance to review everything. Tweaks or feedback are welcome we want every post, story, and campaign to feel perfectly on-brand.

Social doesn’t stop once posts go live. We aim to be long-term partners, supporting your brand across strategy, content creation, posting, community management, and campaigns.

Monique started experimenting with social content while balancing full-time work and building her own side projects, drawn to the strategy, storytelling, and design that actually makes people stop scrolling. What began as a creative outlet turned into a full-fledged studio, focused on helping modern, ambitious brands show up online with clarity, confidence, and results.

 

With a love for understanding brands, audiences, and the stories that make them unique, Monique has crafted Sunday Theory to produce content and campaigns that are intentional, effective, and memorable.

 

Her secret? A mix of genuine curiosity, relentless focus on results, and a passion for helping brands tell their story the way it deserves to be told. But don’t just take our word for it, the work (and the clients) do the talking.
